If any product sold does not meet your standard upon arrival, please email our team and we'll work with you on a case to case basis to determine the eligibility of your refund. All commissions and custom is work is non refundable unless the artist fails to meet the expectation or deadline. If deadline is not met a full refund will be granted. If changes are required, the first two are free. Each additional revision will cost 25% of the original commission price.
